Session for Seniors 

This work can be modified to any body.  That absolutely includes  those over 60 and well into their 70’s and beyond. In fact the benefits can be huge. The hallmark of my technique is not pure depth and power. It is sensitivity to the client, the tissue and working in a detailed and specific way across joints, tendons, muscle, fascia and scar tissue. 

 

Age may bring wisdom. But physically it brings a lot of aches and pains. And worse. The aging process is not for the faint of heart!  I am right there with you in fact. 

 

The good news: Quality Deep Tissue/Sports/Medical Massage can keep you active, reduce pain and inflammation, increase joint mobility, boost the immune system, improve muscle tone, enhance balance and gait,  promote better sleep and digestion as well as decrease stress.
